Inglewood Rd Garages & Parking

Current status: consultation open until 31 July 2024
Decision on sale: council will consider feedback after consultation closes before making a decision
Camden Council has identified a small piece of land on Inglewood Road adjacent to the Dennington House Estate, comprising a garage block and car parking spaces.
The council is consulting with residents from Wednesday 10 July to Wednesday 31 July 2024, in accordance with Section 105 of the Housing Act 1985.

Garages at Kilburn Vale Estate

Current status: consultation on sale closed Feb 2024, consultation on potential improvements to begin after a sale is confirmed
Decision on sale: council confirmed decision to sell in March 2024
This site contains six garages at Kilburn Vale Estate in Kilburn Ward. The council consulted with residents about the proposed sale from 4 to 26 January 2024.
After considering feedback from residents, a decision was made to sell the site in March 2024.

Current status: consultation closed Nov 2023
Decision on sale: sale confirmed November 2023, auction taking place January 2024
This site contains two disused garages at 37-39 Islip Street in Kentish Town South.

The council consulted with residents about selling this site from Oct-Nov 2023, and a decision to sell the site was made in November 2023.
​
The site is currently being advertised for sale through Lambert Smith Hampton's property auction website at 574.co.uk. An auction will be held on 10 January 2024.
